The tariff is subject to change and includes the cost of standard white photocopy paper. A3 size counts as 2 copies. Any change to the tariff will be notified to users by email.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TARIFFS ARE KEPT AS LOW AS POSSIBLE, BUT THIS MEANS THERE IS NO LEEWAY TO COVER FAILED COPIES, SO ALL COPIES WILL BE CHARGED, WHETHER THEY ARE GOOD COPIES OR NOT. IF THE MACHINE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, STOP AND FIX THE PROBLEM, DO NOT CARRY ON MAKING BAD COPIES AS YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THEM!
There are additional costs for use of special papers, eg. coloured paper, extra heavy 100 gsm paper (recommended if copying colour images), card and specialist photographic paper. These papers are 1p per sheet unless otherwise stated. There is a clipboard to record use of these papers.
Keep your PIN access code confidential, do not let anyone else know it or use it. If the number is compromised contact the Photocopier Administrator to have the PIN code replaced.
When you enter the PIN access code, make sure the correct group/organisation and/or your name appears in the display. The display offers help screens to guide you through the various functions.
Any queries, problems or training needs, please contact the Photocopier Administrator.
Please also bear in mind that the Photocopier is located in the Sacristy, so to use it you will need to gain access to the Sacristy from someone who has a key, or do your copying when the Sacristy is open.
